1General Provisions

1.1. These Terms define the rules for using the digital materials, analyses, signals, and educational services provided by Valeria Gembara.

1.2. By using the services, the user confirms they have read and accepted these Terms.

1.3. The Terms apply to all users regardless of the purchase method, platform, or access channel.

2Nature of Services

2.1. Services provided by Valeria Gembara include:

  • educational content related to financial markets,
  • digital training materials,
  • access to analyses and trading signals,
  • tools for learning, mentoring, and trading support.

All content is intended solely for educational and informational purposes and should not be interpreted as financial advice or an encouragement to make investment decisions.

3Liability

3.1. Users access and use services at their own risk.

3.2. Valeria Gembara shall not be held liable for users’ investment decisions or any financial losses resulting from them.

3.3. The user acknowledges that investing in financial markets carries a risk of capital loss.

4Rules of Use

4.1. Users agree to use the services lawfully and ethically.

4.2. It is prohibited to:

  • share access credentials with third parties,
  • copy, resell, or distribute materials without permission,
  • infringe upon copyrights or intellectual property

4.3. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

5Payments, Access, and Refunds

  • 5.1. Access to services requires payment for the selected package or digital product.
  • 5.2. Digital content is activated once payment has been received.
  • 5.3. In accordance with Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the user loses the right to withdraw from the contract once they agree to immediate access to digital content.
  • 5.4. Purchased products are non-refundable, regardless of usage.

6Personal Data and Privacy

  • 6.1. User data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Valeria Gembara.
  • 6.2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to access the services.

7Changes to the Terms

  • 7.1. Valeria Gembara reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • 7.2. Updates take effect upon publication.
  • 7.3. Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law.
